Final Fantasy XV will have plenty of DLC

During E3 this year, Final Fantasy XV director Hajime Tabata was asked about downloadable content during a Q&A session. He responded by saying that costumes and story content are just some of the DLC in the works and that plans regarding add-ons were “pretty much finalized”.

During the session there was no mention of a season pass for Final Fantasy XV, but one is definitely happening. A listing for a “Final Fantasy XV Season Pass Upgrade” can be found on the PlayStation Store. A “digital premium edition” of Final Fantasy XV is also available on the store for preorder.

Gematsu reached out to Square Enix regarding the season pass. A representative did acknowledge the item’s existence but had no details to add.
