Costume Quest is coming to Amazon streaming in 2018

Amazon is adding a new exclusive series to their video streaming service with a children’s animated series based on Double Fine Productions’ Costume Quest. Frederator Studios will be producing the show, appropriately named Costume Quest, which will launch in 2018 on Amazon video streaming. The original Costume Quest launched in 2010 with a sequel following in 2014. Costume Quest: Invasion of the Candy Snatchers, a graphic novel by Zac Gorman, also released in 2014. Gorman also wrote the pilot for the upcoming series.

The original Costume Quest is a role-playing game that centers on a group of trick or treaters rescuing a kidnapped sibling from a monster on Halloween. During combat, the costumes the characters where transform them into those monsters/creatures for battle.
