Nintendo NES Classic officially returning to stores this summer

The classic console collection will be available this June

Nintendo of America has officially announced when everyone will get a second chance to purchase the NES Classic Edition console. The pint-sized console will return to stores on June 29 at the same price it debuted at, $59.99.

The NES Classic Edition originally launched in November of 2016, with production ending in April of the following year. Nintendo announced in September that the system would be returning but did not say when until today.

In total 30 classic Nintendo Entertainment System games will be built into the system. The full list of games can be found here.
